About the Role

We're looking for a friendly and reliable Dental Assistant / Receptionist to join our teams across Alstonville Family Dental and Maven Dental Lismore. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, working with patients and supporting the clinical team.

Responsibilities

  • ● Assisting dentists during clinical procedures
  • ● Preparing and setting up surgeries
  • ● Sterilisation and infection control
  • ● Welcoming patients and providing a warm, friendly experience
  • ● Answering phones and managing patient enquiries
  • ● Booking and confirming appointments
  • ● Processing payments and assisting with general administration
  • ● Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming clinic
  • ● Supporting the wider team wherever needed

Requirements

  • ● Friendly, approachable and patient-focused
  • ● Reliable and organised
  • ● Comfortable working across both clinical and reception duties
  • ● A confident communicator who enjoys working with people
  • ● Able to work well as part of a team
  • ● Previous dental assisting or dental reception experience is preferred
  • ● A strong customer service background
