About the Role
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in establishing a welcoming and professional atmosphere. A typical day will see you assisting our patients with their enquiries, generating and confirming appointment bookings, and supporting our highly experienced team of clinicians with various interesting dental procedures during patient appointments.
Responsibilities
- ● Meet and greet patients, and handle general and booking enquiries.
- ● Provide clinical chairside assistance.
- ● Sterilise and maintain dental instruments and equipment.
- ● Maintain sterilization processes.
- ● Maintain a clean and hygienic clinical environment.
- ● Complete payment processing, banking, and other ad hoc administrative duties as required.
- ● Support our team with record keeping, and patient recalls.
Requirements
- ● Previous experience as a Receptionist and Dental Assistant is required.
- ● Experience in dental procedures and terminology is desirable, with on-going training provided to the right candidate.
- ● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary.
- ● Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities are required.
- ● Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment is essential.
- ● Proficiency in dental software is necessary.
