About the Role

We're looking for a friendly and reliable Dental Assistant to join the team at Maven Dental Collins Street, this is a great opportunity for an experienced Dental Assistant who enjoys working in a busy practice and wants the flexibility that comes with casual work.

Responsibilities

  • ● You will work alongside our clinicians to provide excellent patient care and help keep the practice running smoothly.
  • ● You will provide chairside assisting across a range of dental procedures.
  • ● You will prepare and clean treatment rooms.
  • ● You will sterilise instruments and maintain infection control standards.
  • ● You will support clinicians during appointments.
  • ● You will help patients feel comfortable and cared for.
  • ● You will keep surgeries clean, organised and well stocked.
  • ● You will work as part of a friendly and supportive team.
  • ● You will assist with reception duties as required, including welcoming patients, answering phones and supporting the front desk team.

Requirements

  • ● You are experienced in dental assisting and reception.
  • ● You are reliable, friendly and professional.
  • ● You are a great communicator who enjoys working with patients.
  • ● You are comfortable working in a fast-paced dental environment.
  • ● You are a team player who is happy to help wherever needed.
  • ● You are passionate about providing great patient care.
  • ● Cert III in Dental Assisting is desirable but not essential.
