Responsibilities

  • ● At 1300SMILES Caloundra , we're looking for a motivated and reliable Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join our friendly and supportive team on a casual basis, 3 to 4 days a week. Our practice has been part of the Caloundra community for many years, with a loyal patient base and a strong reputation for high-quality care. Conveniently located near Bulcock Beach, we're a busy, well-established clinic that prides itself on delivering a great patient experience and working together as a close-knit team. You'll be joining an experienced and supportive team who genuinely enjoy what they do, creating a positive, collaborative environment where everyone pitches in and supports one another.   • ● As a Dental Assistant/Receptionist , you will play a key role in supporting our clinicians and ensuring our patients have a positive experience. Your responsibilities will include: Chairside assisting across a range of dental procedures Preparing surgeries, instruments and materials Maintaining sterilisation and infection control standards Welcoming patients and providing exceptional customer service Managing appointments, calls and patient enquiries Processing payments and assisting with general reception duties Maintaining accurate patient records Supporting the wider team to ensure the smooth running of the practice
