  • ● Minimum 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in an executive or senior HR leadership role Proven expertise in strategic HR planning, talent management, and organizational development Strong knowledge of performance management systems and employee engagement best practices Comprehensive understanding of compensation, benefits administration, and payroll processes Demonstrated proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and HR analytics tools Excellent knowledge of Indian labor laws, employment regulations, and compliance requirements Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret HR data and metrics Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels Proven track record of successfully managing change and driving organizational transformation Strong budget management and financial acumen Experience in designing and implementing training and development programs Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams Proficiency in conflict resolution and employee relations management Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR matters with discretion
