HOUSEHOLD STAFFING / RECRUITMENT With our years of private household and estate management experience, our team came to feel that the standard of recruitment was falling short across the board. We felt that the "big players" in the industry were focused on quantity, not quality. At Bespoke Britannia we pride ourselves on our exclusive and highly personal private household recruitment process. We understand the finer details of a working private household, from the junior to senior positions. Collectively, we have carried out household and estate management around the world, and we know what makes a good team. Our objective is quality, not quantity. We are not looking to be one of the biggest private household staff agencies in London, but we are looking at having and finding the best quality of domestic staff.
