About the Role
We are currently looking for experienced and passionate recruiters who have hands-on experience in BPO hiring and can manage end-to-end recruitment independently. If you are looking for a stable work-from-home opportunity with excellent incentives and career growth, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- ● Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO requirements
- ● Source candidates through Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, references, and social platforms
- ● Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements
- ● Manage bulk hiring for Voice, Non-Voice, Chat & Blended processes
- ● Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates
- ● Maintain hiring trackers and recruitment reports
- ● Build a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing requirements
Requirements
- ● Minimum 6 Months of Experience in BPO Recruitment
- ● Good communication and convincing skills
- ● Hands-on experience with job portals
- ● Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- ● Must have Laptop & Stable Internet Connection
