Responsibilities

• ● Manage the overall execution of infrastructure projects, including roads, utilities, drainage, sewerage, stormwater, and related works.
• ● Develop and monitor project programmes, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
• ● Coordinate with the client, consultant, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities.
• ● Ensure all construction activities are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements.
• ● Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions where required.
• ● Review and approve project plans, technical submissions, method statements, and work programmes.
• ● Manage project resources, including manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• ● Ensure compliance with HSE policies, quality standards, and applicable UAE regulations.
• ● Monitor project costs, variations, claims, and commercial matters in coordination with the commercial team.
• ● Ensure timely completion, testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover of the project.
• ● Maintain good relationships with clients, consultants, authorities.
• ● Oversee the construction and installation of major infrastructure works, including: Roads and associated works, Stormwater drainage networks, Sewerage networks, Water supply networks, Utility networks, Chilled water networks, Manholes and associated structures, Transmission and distribution networks, Infrastructure diversions and tie-in works, Drainage Work, Chilled Water Services, LPG, Firefighting works, Works for DEWA -Water division, Works for DEWA -Electricity division, Works for telecom.
