Civil Engineer (Fit Out Experience Must)

HIRING: FIT-OUT CIVIL ENGINEER � Location: UAE � Salary: AED 5,000–8,000 � UAE Driving Licence: Required Read Carefully Before you Apply About the Role We are looking for an experienced Fit-Out Project Engineer with genuine hands-on experience in fit-out, renovation, and civil projects . Engineering qualification alone is not enough. The candidate must have actual experience working with a fit-out or renovation company and understand how projects are planned, coordinated, executed, completed, and handed over. Candidate Requirements The ideal candidate should have practical experience in: Fit-out projects Residential renovation Civil works MEP coordination Civil drawings MEP drawings and coordination Approvals Site execution Subcontractor management Material coordination Quality control Project scheduling Project documentation Site reporting Project completion and closing Handover documentation The candidate must have strong technical understanding and be capable of taking responsibility for projects and resolving technical/site issues independently rather than constantly depending on others. Who We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who has actually worked on fit-out and renovation projects , understands site execution, can coordinate different teams, and is comfortable taking ownership of projects from start to finish. Do not apply if you only have an engineering qualification without relevant fit-out/renovation experience. Only candidates with relevant UAE fit-out/renovation experience will be considered.
