Business Development Executive (Fit Out Sales Experience Must)

� BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE – RESIDENTIAL FIT-OUT & RENOVATION � UAE | � Full-Time DO NOT APPLY WITHOUT READING We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can independently generate leads, develop new business, and close projects , with a primary focus on residential fit-out and renovation . This is a business development role, not a position where you simply receive company-generated enquiries. You will be expected to build your own pipeline and continuously bring new opportunities into the company. � MAIN OBJECTIVE The complete business development cycle is: Lead → Contact → Qualification → Site Visit → Quotation → Follow-Up → Negotiation → Closing The primary target is residential fit-out and renovation projects , including: Villa renovations Apartment renovations Residential fit-out Interior renovation Civil modifications MEP modifications Residential refurbishment Flooring projects Waterproofing opportunities Other related renovation works Commercial opportunities may also be pursued when available, but residential projects are the primary focus at this stage. ⚠️ IMPORTANT We are not looking for someone who depends entirely on company-provided leads. We need someone who can: Find leads → Make contact → Build relationships → Generate opportunities → Arrange site visits → Follow up → Close projects. You should be proactive, confident in approaching new customers and capable of continuously developing your own business pipeline. Experience in UAE fit-out, renovation, construction, maintenance, interiors, flooring or related contracting will be an advantage. Candidates with an existing residential client network, referral network, agent network or proven lead-generation sources in the UAE are encouraged to apply. � OUR CURRENT FOCUS Our immediate business development focus is residential fit-out and renovation , including villas and apartments. We want to develop a consistent pipeline of projects that our execution team can deliver properly and efficiently.
