Responsibilities
- ● Leads lab-based fertility investigation and treatment, protecting patient confidentiality throughout
- ● Enforces health, safety, and lab SOPs under the UAE Fertilization Law (ART 2019)
- ● Prepares center statistics, audits, and KPIs, and oversees sample labelling, witnessing, and liquid nitrogen levels
- ● Performs embryo transfers, fertilization, egg retrieval, ICSI, assisted hatching, and sperm preparation under consultant supervision
- ● Communicates treatment progress and results to patients and families, including difficult updates
- ● Carries out the full range of clinical embryology tasks: semen analysis, MESA/PESA/TESE, oocyte and embryo culture, cryopreservation, and blastocyst grading
