Responsibilities

• ● Plan, manage, and execute interior fit-out projects from start to handover.
• ● Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and overall project performance.
• ● Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• ● Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project requirements.
• ● Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed as per approved schedules.
• ● Ensure compliance with quality, health & safety, and project standards.
• ● Manage project teams, site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• ● Identify project risks, delays, and technical issues and take corrective action.
• ● Monitor project costs, variations, material requirements, and procurement.
• ● Conduct regular site meetings and provide project progress reports to management.
• ● Coordinate with design and technical teams to resolve project issues.
• ● Ensure timely completion, testing, snagging, and project handover.
• ● Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
