Responsibilities
- ● Lead end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of IT projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
- ● Manage technology initiatives related to Supply Chain, Procurement, ERP, and Construction Management systems.
- ● Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.
- ● Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and third-party partners to ensure seamless project execution.
- ● Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- ● Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- ● Drive stakeholder communication through regular status reports, steering committee updates, and project documentation.
- ● Ensure compliance with organizational governance, quality standards, and security requirements.
- ● Support change management, user adoption, and post-implementation activities.
- ● Mentor project teams and promote best practices in project management.
Requirements
- ● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- ● 10+ years of experience in IT Project Management.
- ● Proven experience managing projects in the Supply Chain, Procurement, or Construction industry.
- ● Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar enterprise systems.
- ● Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
- ● Experience managing multiple stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- ● Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- ● PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certifications are preferred.
- ● Supply Chain Management Systems implementation.
- ● Procurement technology solutions.
- ● Construction project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, Autodesk Construction Cloud).
- ● Budget planning and financial tracking.
- ● Risk and change management.
- ● Vendor and contract management.
- ● Data reporting and project governance.
- ● Travel to Dubai
