Responsibilities

• ● Plan, manage, and supervise construction projects from commencement to completion.
• ● Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• ● Monitor project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and resources to ensure timely completion.
• ● Review and coordinate drawings, specifications, method statements, material submittals, and technical documents.
• ● Lead site activities and ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and applicable standards.
• ● Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• ● Manage project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project and monitor critical activities.
• ● Review project variations, claims, delays, and additional works.
• ● Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, quality standards, and UAE authority regulations.
• ● Conduct coordination and progress meetings and follow up on pending technical and site issues.
• ● Manage subcontractor performance, manpower, materials, equipment, and site resources.
• ● Identify project risks and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
• ● Coordinate with commercial and procurement teams to control project costs and procurement requirements.
• ● Ensure proper project documentation, handover, testing, commissioning, and close-out.
