Commercial Manager

Develop and execute strategic commercial plans that align with the organization's goals, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability. Manage the overall commercial performance of fit-out and interior projects from tender stage through final account. Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, BOQs and scope of work. Coordinate with the design, estimation and procurement teams during tendering. Manage variations, claims, subcontractor payments, extensions of time and additional works. Identify cost overruns and implement corrective actions. Report on revenue, cost, gross margin, variations, claims and cash flow. Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers, focusing on favorable terms that enhance profitability and strengthen relationships. Coordinate with finance regarding collections and cash flow. Develop commercial procedures and improve cost-control systems.
