Civil Site Engineer

1. 1. Site Supervision & Construction Execution Site Supervision: Supervise daily construction activities to ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Quality Control: Inspect construction works, monitor workmanship, and ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications. Progress Monitoring: Monitor daily site progress, prepare progress reports, and coordinate with the project team to achieve project milestones. Site Coordination: Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and project managers to resolve site issues and ensure smooth project execution. 2. Drawing Interpretation & Site Inspection Drawing Interpretation: Review and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to ensure accurate implementation on site. Site Layout & Inspection: Assist with site setting out, verify dimensions and levels, and inspect completed works for compliance with design requirements. Issue Identification: Identify discrepancies between drawings, specifications, and site conditions, and report them for timely resolution. Material Inspection: Verify construction materials and ensure they meet project specifications and quality requirements before installation. 3. Project Coordination & Safety Compliance Resource Management: Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials to support efficient construction activities. Project Documentation: Maintain daily site reports, inspection records, work progress reports, and other project documentation. Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with HSE policies, safety regulations, and company procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Project Completion: Assist in inspections, snagging, testing, commissioning, and handover activities to ensure successful project completion.
