Strategic Project Manager

Candidates with experience within real estate, property development, investment, construction or other complex, fast-moving businesses will be particularly relevant. Key Responsibilities Work directly with senior leadership on strategic projects and business-critical initiatives. Translate strategic priorities into clear project plans, actions and deliverables. Take ownership of projects from initial concept through to execution and completion. Coordinate multiple stakeholders, workstreams and priorities simultaneously. Monitor progress, identify risks and proactively drive solutions. Prepare updates, reports and presentations for senior leadership. Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decision-making. Ensure agreed actions are followed through and delivered within required timescales. Act as a central point of coordination between senior leadership and relevant internal teams. Manage confidential and commercially sensitive information with a high degree of discretion. Operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where priorities can change quickly. Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and ensure clear communication across projects.
