Project Manager

Responsibilities

• ● Manage the full project lifecycle from mobilisation to handover, ensuring delivery in line with programme, budget, quality, safety, and contractual requirements.
• ● Coordinate with the client, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• ● Prepare and monitor project programmes, progress reports, procurement schedules, manpower plans, and site logistics.
• ● Lead site activities, resolve construction issues, and ensure works are completed to the required standards.
• ● Manage risks, variations, claims, delays, and commercial matters in coordination with the commercial team.
• ● Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, authority regulations, and company procedures.
• ● Drive timely completion, testing, commissioning, handover, and project close-out.
