Responsibilities

● Manage end-to-end accounting functions
● Handle project-wise accounting and cost tracking
● Prepare and review P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements
● Monitor overheads and project profitability
● Manage client invoicing based on project milestones
● Monitor receivables and debtor collections
● Oversee vendor payments and payable cycles
● Coordinate with project and procurement teams for billing accuracy
● Prepare and monitor cash flow forecasts
● Manage fund utilization and liquidity
● Handle banking relationships and credit facilities
● Monitor project cash flow and financial discipline
● Ensure timely GST and TDS compliance
● Coordinate statutory audits
● Handle Income Tax, GST assessments, notices and queries
● Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations
● Provide financial insights to management
● Prepare budgets and financial forecasts
● Conduct cost-benefit analysis for projects
● Advise on cost control, profitability and risk management
● Manage project-based billing and BOQ-related accounting

Requirements

● CA / CMA / MBA Finance / M.Com or equivalent
● Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance & Accounting
● Minimum 5 years of managerial experience preferred
● Mandatory experience in Interior Design / Fit-out / Construction
● Strong experience in project accounting, cost tracking and project-based billing
● Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliance
● Experience in working capital and cash flow management
● Knowledge of BOQ, retention, advance and milestone billing
● Proficiency in Tally / ERP / Advanced MS Excel
● Strong leadership, analytical and decision-making skills
● Good communication and stakeholder management skills
