Responsibilities
- ● Handle end-to-end accounting activities in Tally, including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, journal entries, debit/credit notes, and cash transactions.
- ● Manage and review GST, TDS/TCS, PF & ESIC-related data, while coordinating with the CA office for finalization and audit requirements.
- ● Handle customer account management, including payment follow-ups, account summaries, interest calculations, and maintaining customer-related documentation.
- ● Handle sales reports, invoices, MOU documentation, and monthly stock reports, including data management through the SDM Portal.
- ● Work on import waybills and LC discounting documentation for import/export-related activities, providing practical exposure to trade finance processes.
