Site Supervisor - Furniture Joinery

Responsibilities

• ● Supervise day-to-day site activities for furniture, joinery, and interior fit-out works.
• ● Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, subcontractors, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• ● Read and interpret shop drawings, technical drawings, and installation details.
• ● Monitor installation quality and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and project specifications.
• ● Plan and allocate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment efficiently.
• ● Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, and clients to resolve site-related issues.
• ● Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with quality, health, and safety standards.
• ● Monitor project progress and report daily/weekly updates to the Project Manager.
• ● Identify and resolve site challenges to avoid delays and maintain project schedules.
• ● Carry out snagging, rectification, and ensure successful project handover.
• ● Verify completed work for billing and progress claims where required.
