Al Najah Technical Service LLC, an MEP subcontracting company based in Dubai, is hiring an experienced Electrical Foreman to supervise electrical installation works on construction projects. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Plan and supervise daily electrical installation activities. Allocate manpower and achieve daily work targets. Ensure installations comply with approved drawings and project specifications. Monitor workmanship, productivity and site safety. Coordinate with engineers and other site teams. Prepare completed works for inspection and resolve rectifications. Report daily progress and material requirements. SALARY & BENEFITS AED 3,000–4,000 per month, based on experience and ability. Company-provided accommodation and transportation. Permanent, full-time role on construction sites in Dubai.
