Responsibilities
- ● Oversee supervision, coordination, and quality control of all civil works across real estate development projects from design to handover and DLP, ensuring regulatory compliance and high construction standards.
- ● Supervise execution of civil works across multiple projects, including buildings finishing, earthworks, structural, roads, and utilities.
- ● Review civil designs for compliance, feasibility, and coordination with other disciplines.
- ● Lead civil site teams, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to project timelines.
- ● Oversee contractor performance, shop drawing approvals, and material submittals.
- ● Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and Sharjah authorities for smooth execution and compliance.
- ● Assist in tender review, scope alignment, and technical bid evaluations.
