Responsibilities
- ● Supervise and manage daily construction site operations and work execution
- ● Monitor construction progress against project schedule and ensure timely completion
- ● Coordinate between design consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- ● Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards and code compliance
- ● Ensure strict adherence to Dubai Municipality Building Code and regulations
- ● Manage site safety protocols and ensure OSHA/DOSH compliance
- ● Prepare daily and weekly construction reports and site documentation
- ● Maintain As-Built drawings and construction records
- ● Resolve technical and logistical issues on-site
- ● Liaise with Dubai Municipality for inspections and approvals
- ● Coordinate with Project Manager for resource planning and budget control
- ● Train and supervise site staff on safety and quality procedures
