Responsibilities
- ● Lead end-to-end execution, site supervision, and commissioning of all MEP and Extra Low Voltage building systems
- ● Develop detailed MEP project schedules, resource plans, and milestones to ensure on-time delivery
- ● Monitor actual project costs against approved budgets, review Bill of Quantities, and manage variations
- ● Act as the primary liaison between clients, main contractors, consultants, and local authorities
- ● Interpret and validate technical blueprints, engineering drawings, and complex submissions using AutoCAD
- ● Conduct site inspections to ensure all installations meet local construction codes, safety requirements, and QAQC standards
- ● Manage manpower allocation and material procurement to optimize site productivity
