Operations Manager

About the Role

Responsibilities

• ● Manage day-to-day travel operations and ensure smooth coordination of bookings and services.
• ● Coordinate with clients, travel partners, vendors and internal teams to ensure timely execution of travel requirements.
• ● Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, tour operators and other service partners.
• ● Monitor booking status, service delivery and resolve operational issues when required.
• ● Ensure accurate communication of travel details, changes and updates to clients and relevant teams.
• ● Maintain records of bookings, vendor details, client requirements and operational activities.
• ● Follow up with vendors and service providers to ensure agreed services are delivered on time.
• ● Support the team in handling changes, cancellations and other service-related requirements.
• ● Ensure smooth coordination from booking confirmation through completion of the travel service.

Requirements

• ● 2-3 years of experience in travel operations, tourism, hospitality operations or a related role.
• ● Good understanding of travel bookings, itineraries and service coordination.
• ● Strong communication and coordination skills.
• ● Good vendor and client relationship management skills.
• ● Ability to manage multiple bookings and operational requirements simultaneously.
• ● Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• ● Comfortable working with MS Office, especially Excel.
• ● Detail-oriented and organised with the ability to work in a time-sensitive environment.
• ● Candidates with experience in a travel agency, tour operator or related travel business will be preferred.
