About the Role

The SOC Manager leads the Security Operations Center, ensuring effective monitoring, detection, response, and mitigation of cybersecurity threats across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • ● Manage day-to-day SOC operations and incident response activities
  • ● Lead, mentor, and develop SOC analysts
  • ● Oversee security monitoring tools
  • ● Ensure timely detection, analysis, containment, and remediation of incidents
  • ● Develop and maintain incident response playbooks, SOPs, and runbooks
  • ● Coordinate with IT, risk, compliance, and leadership during security incidents
  • ● Track SOC KPIs, metrics, and provide regular reports to management
  • ● Support compliance requirements
  • ● Support in proposals, RFP, RFI, bids, etc.

Requirements

  • ● 7+ years in cybersecurity, including SOC or incident response experience
  • ● Strong knowledge of threat detection, malware analysis, and attack frameworks
  • ● Experience with SIEM/SOAR platforms and security operations processes
  • ● Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • ● Hands-on experience on NextGen MDR tools
  • ● Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GIAC, or CEH
