About the Role
We are looking for an O2C Tower Lead with strong people management, stakeholder and client facing skills, to lead a team of 40+ FTEs in an End to End Order to Cash process.
Responsibilities
- ● Manage a team of 40+ FTEs in an End to End Order to Cash process
- ● Utilize expertise in receivables management, including Cash Applications, Collections, Billing, Dispute resolution, and process optimization
- ● Mentor or supervise a team, utilizing strong leadership skills
- ● Work with ERP/accounting systems, such as High Radius, SAP, Oracle, etc.
- ● Analyze and optimize processes, utilizing excellent analytical skills
Requirements
- ● At least 2+ years of managerial experience
- ● 10-17 years of overall experience
- ● Commerce background
- ● Proven expertise in receivables management
- ● Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring or supervising a team
- ● Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and MS Excel
- ● Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
