About the Role
Supervise and manage daily civil construction activities at the project site.
Responsibilities
- ● Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
- ● Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
- ● Review engineering drawings, BOQs, specifications, and method statements.
- ● Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within the scheduled timeframe.
- ● Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality of workmanship.
- ● Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.
- ● Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability of resources.
- ● Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain project documentation.
- ● Monitor quantities, materials, and site resources.
- ● Ensure compliance with UAE safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
- ● Attend site meetings and provide technical updates to management.
- ● Coordinate inspections, testing, snagging, and handover activities.
- ● Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- ● Support the Project Manager in planning, execution, and successful completion of the project.
