Project Manager

1. Professional Experience Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in a hospital or healthcare facility is mandatory. Proven experience in project management, team leadership, strategic planning, and healthcare facility operations. 2. Skills & Certifications BICSc (British Institute of Cleaning Science) certification or an equivalent professional qualification. Valid UAE driving license. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations effectively. Proactive and customer-oriented approach, ensuring high service standards and client satisfaction. 3. Key Competencies Proven ability to manage and supervise large teams in hospital or healthcare environments. Strong knowledge of hospital cleaning operations, hygiene standards, and infection prevention and control protocols. Excellent communication and coordination skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams. Experience in project planning, budgeting, manpower planning, and resource management. Ability to ensure compliance with healthcare hygiene standards, quality requirements, and industry best practices.
