Manage and monitor projects from order receipt to final delivery, installation and completion.

● Coordinate with clients, vendors, manufacturers, transporters, installation teams and internal departments.
● Plan and monitor procurement of tools, equipment, machinery and other project materials.
● Ensure timely execution of government or institutional supply and installation projects.
● Prepare project-wise execution schedules and continuously monitor progress.
● Track purchase orders, material availability, dispatches, deliveries, installation and commissioning.
