Responsibilities
- ● Lead the delivery of major supervision projects from mobilisation through to completion.
- ● Manage multidisciplinary supervision teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- ● Develop and maintain project execution plans, resource plans, and delivery strategies.
- ● Monitor project progress, project risks, and key performance indicators.
- ● Ensure effective coordination between clients, contractors, consultants, authorities, and project stakeholders.
- ● Lead project review meetings and ensure proactive resolution of delivery issues.
- ● Support project close-out, handover, and lessons learned activities.
- ● Act as the primary client contact for assigned projects.
- ● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, contractors, and government authorities.
- ● Ensure client expectations are understood and consistently achieved.
- ● Drive high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
- ● Participate in client presentations, project reviews, and progress meetings.
- ● Support account development within existing client portfolios.
- ● Manage the operational delivery of supervision services across assigned projects.
- ● Ensure appropriate deployment and utilisation of project resources.
- ● Coordinate Resident Engineers, discipline leads, inspectors, and specialist teams.
- ● Monitor workforce requirements and resource planning.
- ● Promote consistency in project controls, reporting, and supervision practices.
- ● Support continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery.
- ● Manage project budgets, revenue, resource utilisation, and profitability.
- ● Monitor project financial performance and forecasting.
- ● Identify commercial risks and opportunities and implement mitigation measures.
- ● Support contract administration, variation management, and change control processes.
- ● Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project governance requirements.
- ● Assist with claims management and commercial discussions where required.
- ● Support proposal preparation, technical submissions, and tender responses.
