Project Manager - Civil

Responsibilities

• ● Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of civil construction projects including design review, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• ● Ensure all works comply with Dubai Municipality regulations, building codes, and project specifications.
• ● Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities to ensure smooth project progress.
• ● Oversee project budgets, cost control, and prepare periodic progress reports.
• ● Conduct risk assessments, implement quality assurance measures, and ensure timely completion of projects.
• ● Manage project resources including manpower, equipment, and materials.
• ● Supervise site teams, providing technical guidance and resolving engineering issues as they arise.
• ● Monitor health, safety, and environmental compliance on all project sites.
• ● Lead progress meetings with stakeholders and submit project status updates.
• ● Ensure proper documentation, permits, and approvals from relevant authorities.
