Senior Project Manager (Site Supervision)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager (Site Supervision) to lead the successful delivery of complex construction and infrastructure projects from mobilisation through to completion. The role will be responsible for overseeing site activities, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring that works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will act as a senior point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders, providing clear direction and maintaining effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Key responsibilities will include managing day-to-day site supervision, reviewing construction programmes and progress reports, monitoring resources and productivity, and ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, contracts, and applicable regulations. You will identify and resolve technical, commercial, and operational issues, manage risks and changes, and support the assessment of claims, variations, and extensions of time. The successful candidate will lead regular site meetings, produce accurate progress updates, verify completed works, oversee testing and inspections, and ensure that health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements are consistently implemented. You will also contribute to project planning, stakeholder engagement, handover activities, and the preparation of final documentation.
