About the Role

The position is for an experienced SAP FI Senior Consultant who will lead and support SAP FI design, configuration, and implementation activities across multiple projects, working closely with business stakeholders to deliver innovative, scalable, and compliant solutions within the SAP FI landscape.

Responsibilities

  • ● Work as a team member through different phases of ongoing SAP Implementation Projects, contributing effectively to SAP FI General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivable, Bank Accounting, Taxation, and Fixed Assets functionalities.
  • ● Implement all SAP FI modules as part of the S4HANA Finance Transformation project, ensuring seamless integration with other third party systems.
  • ● Interface and communicate with onsite coordinators.
  • ● Complete assigned tasks on time and provide regular status reports to the manager or lead.
  • ● Build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients to exceed client expectations.
  • ● Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements independently.
  • ● Drive design workshops independently with the client.
  • ● Prepare materials for design workshops independently.
  • ● Send out meeting minutes after each workshop led.
  • ● Follow up on action items from workshops.

Requirements

  • ● Qualified CA / ICWA / MBA Finance from a reputed institution.
  • ● Sound industry/domain experience and SAP relevant experience with 3-7 years.
  • ● Experience in end to end SAP Finance implementation, rollout, support, upgrade, and enhancements.
  • ● Experience in SAP FI General Ledger and Profit Center Accounting, Accounts Payable, Bank Accounting, and Asset Accounting.
  • ● Exposure to SAP Simple Finance - GL Accounting, Asset Accounting and CO - Overhead Cost Controlling & Profitability Analysis.
  • ● Experience in SAP Finance - Taxation and Withholding Taxes.
  • ● Experience in SAP Finance - Closing activities, Validations and Substitutions & Reporting.
  • ● Experience in Controlling (CO Cost element accounting, CO Cost Center Accounting, CO Internal Orders).
  • ● Knowledge of CO PA & Product Costing (Planning and cost object controlling).
  • ● Experience in FI integration with MM, SD, HR & PS.
  • ● Excellent business communication skills.
  • ● Prior client facing consulting experience.
  • ● Knowledge of SAP - BPC (Consolidation), Special purpose ledger, SOX, US GAAP, various exits, background on technical and functional upgrade, Report painter, Report writer, etc.
  • ● Experience with FIORI Apps, BO DS, BW, HANA and other reporting tools.
