Responsibilities
- ● Prepare detailed reinforcement/rebar quantity take-offs from structural IFC drawings, BBS, shop drawings, and approved construction documents.
- ● Carry out floor-by-floor and element-wise reinforcement quantity measurements for structural works.
- ● Verify rebar quantities against drawings, BBS, subcontractor submissions, and actual site progress.
- ● Reconcile rebar consumption, wastage, and material quantities against approved quantities and project requirements.
- ● Coordinate with the Construction, Engineering, Planning, Procurement, and QA/QC teams to obtain the required information for measurement and valuation.

- ● Be locally available in UAE.
