About the Role

We are looking for an Azure DevOps Engineer to work in a role that involves coordinating with stakeholders, defining requirements, and working closely with the team to implement and further develop, maintain, and optimize build pipelines.

Responsibilities

  • ● Coordinate with stakeholders, define requirements, and work closely with the team to implement and further develop, maintain, and optimize build pipelines.
  • ● Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines with good knowledge of DevOps concepts and CI/CD practices.
  • ● Troubleshoot build, deployment, and infrastructure issues with strong analytical skills.
  • ● Maintain version control systems like Git, Bitbucket, and GitHub.
  • ● Utilize containerization and container management skills, such as Docker and Docker-in-Docker.
  • ● Apply continuous integration tools and concepts using Azure DevOps and Jenkins.
  • ● Use automated build tools and scripting languages like Python, HTML, Perl, Bash, and Shell.
  • ● Provide technical mentoring and leading on various topics.
  • ● Work on different projects with multitasking capabilities.

Requirements

  • ● Azure DevOps skills are required.
  • ● Experience with Jenkins for CI/CD process is required.
  • ● Knowledge of Azure Cloud, Docker, and Kubernetes is required.
  • ● Proficiency in Git, Bit-Bucket, and GitHub for source code control and versioning is required.
  • ● Strong scripting skills in at least two of the following languages are required: Python, Perl, Bash, Shell.
  • ● Experience in PaaS, such as Azure Services, is required.
  • ● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are required.
  • ● Problem-solving and analytical skills are required.
  • ● Documentation and specification skills are required.
  • ● Exposure to AI-assisted development tools, such as GitHub Copilot, is an advantage.
