Responsibilities
- ● Supervise and monitor daily site activities.
- ● Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and Method Statements.
- ● Coordinate with subcontractors, QA/QC, MEP, and other project teams.
- ● Monitor progress and quality of works.
- ● Review drawings and coordinate technical requirements.
- ● Report site progress and technical issues to the Project Engineer / Construction Manager.
Requirements
- ● Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- ● 6-8 years of relevant experience in civil construction.
- ● Proven experience in High-Rise / Tower projects.
- ● Strong knowledge of RCC works, reinforcement, formwork, and concrete works.
- ● Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
- ● Good coordination skills with subcontractors, consultants, QA/QC, and MEP teams.
- ● Good knowledge of construction methods and site execution requirements.
- ● UAE experience is preferred.
