Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee landscaping maintenance projects to ensure delivery within budget and required quality standards.
  • Develop detailed maintenance schedules and plans in coordination with the Operations Manager.
  • Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations, including irrigation systems, softscape, pest control, and routine upkeep.
  • Monitor maintenance activities to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards.
  • Implement preventive maintenance programs to prolong landscape lifespan.
  • Identify and address operational issues, taking corrective actions to avoid service disruptions.
  • Coordinate with NOC Engineer to obtain government approval.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding maintenance-related matters.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and site visits to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Address client concerns and service requests promptly.
  • Prepare and present periodic progress reports to clients and management.
  • Supervise site supervisors, foremen, and maintenance crews.
  • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to maintenance schedules.
  • Provide on-the-job training and guidance to team members.
  • Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Implement quality control procedures for all maintenance activities.
