Responsibilities
- ● Provide daily support to Business Central/NAV users
- ● Handle issues related to Finance, Sales, Purchase, Manufacturing, Inventory, HR/Payroll and Warehouse Module
- ● Troubleshoot posting errors, transaction issues and user access problems
- ● Support Production and Warehouse teams with day-to-day ERP issues
- ● Prepare documentation, SOPs, and user manuals
- ● Coordinate with ERP developers/consultants for technical issues and customizations
- ● Train end users and provide post-implementation support
- ● Understand business processes and provide appropriate solutions to users
- ● Communicate regularly with senior management and other stakeholders, providing updates on software development progress, challenges, and opportunities
