About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP IS-Retail Consultant with 8-10 years of expertise in SAP Retail implementations, support, and enhancements. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of retail business processes, master data management, merchandising, pricing, promotions, and integrations across the SAP landscape.

Responsibilities

  • ● Configure and support SAP IS-Retail business processes.
  • ● Manage Retail Master Data including Articles, Merchandise Hierarchies, Assortments, Sites, Vendors, and Customers.
  • ● Work on Assortment Management, Listing, Pricing, and Merchandising processes.
  • ● Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and provide SAP Retail solutions.
  • ● Support integrations with POS, E-commerce, and third-party applications.
  • ● Design and enhance interfaces using IDocs, APIs, and integration platforms.
  • ● Participate in implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.
  • ● Prepare functional specifications, test scenarios, and support UAT activities.

Requirements

  • ● Strong experience in SAP IS-Retail.
  • ● Expertise in Retail Master Data management.
  • ● Good understanding of SAP MM and SAP SD integration.
  • ● Experience with Assortment Management, Listing, Pricing, and Merchandising.
  • ● Knowledge of POS and E-commerce integrations.
  • ● Hands-on experience with IDocs, APIs, and SAP integration concepts.
  • ● Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

  • ● Experience in SAP S/4HANA Retail implementations.
  • ● SAP MDG, SAP CAR, SAP CRM exposure.
  • ● Experience with SAP CPI, Event Mesh, Kafka, or other integration technologies.
  • ● Knowledge of Agile, JIRA, and ServiceNow.
