Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities

• ● Manage civil construction and fit-out projects from planning and execution through completion and handover.
• ● Oversee day-to-day project and site activities to ensure work is progressing according to schedule.
• ● Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and other project stakeholders.
• ● Review and understand architectural, civil and fit-out drawings and specifications.
• ● Use AutoCAD for reviewing drawings, layouts and project-related technical requirements.
• ● Monitor project schedules, manpower, materials and resources.
• ● Ensure works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications and required quality standards.
• ● Identify project delays, technical issues and site challenges and coordinate appropriate solutions.
• ● Conduct project/site meetings and provide regular progress updates.
• ● Monitor contractor and subcontractor performance.
• ● Ensure compliance with UAE construction, quality and HSE requirements.
• ● Coordinate project completion, snagging, rectification and final handover.
