Project Manager- Civil (Landscape/Pool/Water feature)

Responsibilities

• ● Manage landscaping, swimming pool, irrigation, water feature, hardscape, softscape, and civil works projects from planning to final handover.
• ● Develop project schedules, execution plans, resource plans, and monitor progress against targets.
• ● Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• ● Lead Project Engineers, Site Engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and site teams across multiple projects.
• ● Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, procurement, and subcontractor activities for smooth project execution.
• ● Conduct site inspections, progress meetings, and resolve technical or operational issues.
• ● Manage client, consultant, contractor, and authority coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
• ● Review drawings, BOQs, material submittals, method statements, and technical documents.
• ● Monitor project costs, variations, budgets, and support value engineering initiatives.
• ● Ensure compliance with QA/QC standards, HSE requirements, and UAE regulations.
• ● Prepare project reports, risk assessments, progress updates, and ensure proper project documentation and handover.
