About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Java Developer / Technical Lead with 9-15 years of experience in designing and developing scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular, React.js, Apache Kafka, AWS/Azure Cloud, and modern DevOps practices. The candidate will be responsible for architecting, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications while leading technical discussions, mentoring teams, and driving best engineering practices.

Responsibilities

  • ● Design and develop enterprise-grade applications using Java.
  • ● Build scalable Microservices and REST APIs following industry best practices.
  • ● Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using Angular and React.js.
  • ● Design and implement event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka.
  • ● Integrate front-end applications with backend services and third-party APIs.
  • ● Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
  • ● Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical decision-making.
  • ● Implement secure authentication and authorization using OAuth2 and JWT.
  • ● Work with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure for application deployment and management.
  • ● Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Docker.
  • ● Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA teams, and stakeholders in Agile environments.
  • ● Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across projects.
  • ● Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring high application availability.

Requirements

  • ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, MCA, or related field.
  • ● 9-15 years of software development experience.
  • ● Strong hands-on experience in Java and Spring ecosystem.
  • ● Experience with Microservices-based architecture and distributed systems.
  • ● Expertise in Angular and/or React.js development.
  • ● Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka messaging systems.
  • ● Strong understanding of Design Patterns, OOP principles, and SOLID principles.
  • ● Experience with relational databases and query optimization.
  • ● Knowledge of containerization using Docker and cloud deployment strategies.
  • ● Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • ● Experience with Camunda BPM or workflow engines (preferred).
  • ● Experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift (preferred).
  • ● Experience in Banking, Financial Services, E-commerce, or SaaS products (preferred).
  • ● Exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Cursor (preferred).
  • ● Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure) (preferred).
  • ● Experience with Struts migration projects (nice to have).
  • ● Experience with Event-driven and message-based system design (nice to have).
  • ● Experience with High-volume transaction processing systems (nice to have).
  • ● Experience with Performance tuning and application modernization initiatives (nice to have).
  • ● Availability within Immediate to 60 Days notice period.
