About the Company

Sutherland is hiring Customer Support Executives for its International Voice Process. We are looking for enthusiastic candidates with excellent English communication skills and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

  • ● Handle inbound customer calls from international clients
  • ● Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
  • ● Provide accurate information and support
  • ● Maintain customer interaction records
  • ● Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
  • ● Ensure high customer satisfaction standards

Requirements

  • ● Freshers can apply
  • ● Experience in Voice or Non-Voice Support is an added advantage
  • ● Graduates, Undergraduates, and Postgraduates can apply
  • ● Excellent verbal communication skills in English
  • ● Willingness to work from office
  • ● Comfortable with rotational shifts during training
  • ● Immediate joiners preferred
  • ● Comfortable with night shifts during training (post-training, process operates in day shift)
