About the Company

Position Summary The Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, execution, monitoring, control, and successful completion of EPC and Oil & Gas service projects. The role ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with contractual, technical, quality, and regulatory requirements while maintaining strong client relationships and achieving financial objectives .

Responsibilities

  • ● Project Planning & Execution
  • ● Lead the end-to-end management of EPC and Oil & Gas service projects.
  • ● Develop project execution plans, schedules, resource plans, and budgets.
  • ● Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and milestones.
  • ● Ensure effective project mobilization and execution in accordance with client and company requirements.
  • ● Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when required.
  • ● Ensure project completion within approved cost, schedule, and quality targets.
  • ● Client & Stakeholder Management
  • ● Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout project execution.
  • ● Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • ● Conduct project review meetings and provide regular progress updates.
  • ● Manage client expectations and address project-related issues proactively.
  • ● Support business development teams during proposal preparation and project handover phases.
  • ● Commercial & Financial Management
  • ● Monitor project budgets, costs, revenues, and profitability.
  • ● Review contracts, purchase orders, and change orders.
  • ● Manage project invoicing, payment follow-up, and cash flow forecasting.
  • ● Identify opportunities for margin improvement and cost optimization.
  • ● Prepare monthly project financial reports and forecasts.
  • ● Evaluate and manage contractual risks and claims .

Requirements

  • ● Professional Certifications (Preferred) PMP (Project Management Professional) PRINCE2 PMI-SP Certified EPC Project Management Certifications NEBOSH / IOSH (preferred for HSE awareness)
  • ● Senior Project Manager 10-15+ years of experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, Pipeline, Facility Construction, Industrial Projects, or Energy Services. Last 3 to 5 years in hands on management of EPC or Oil & Gas projects. Project Manager 7-10 years of relevant project management experience. Proven track record managing multidiscipline projects from award to close-out.
