Civil Site Engineer, DM Approved for G+12<br>� Full responsibility for day-to-day site execution, supervision, quality, safety and progress<br>� Execution strictly as per approved drawings, DM permit conditions and authority requirements (DM, DCD, DEWA)<br>� Working knowledge of the Dubai Building Code and UAE Fire & Life Safety Code<br>� Hands-on with site setting out, concrete and structural works, finishes, material approvals and quality control<br>� Experience handling DM site inspections and completion/handover procedures (BCC)<br>� Able to coordinate with subcontractors, consultants and authorities on site<br>� Active SOE membership
