The role involves building scalable SaaS applications as a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer, requiring expertise in Ruby on Rails, AWS, Datadog, MySQL, Sidekiq, authentication systems, and third party integrations, with a strong focus on writing production grade, well tested code.

Role & Responsibilities

  • ● Develop and maintain production grade Ruby on Rails 7.x applications.
  • ● Design and build REST APIs, authentication workflows, and reusable backend services.
  • ● Design and optimize Sidekiq Pro/Enterprise job architectures, including queue management, retries, concurrency, and scheduled jobs.
  • ● Build resilient integrations with third party services and AWS components.
  • ● Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance using Datadog APM.
  • ● Design and optimize MySQL databases, indexing, and query performance.
  • ● Implement secure authentication using Devise, OAuth, Okta SSO, and RBAC.
  • ● Participate in CI/CD, code reviews, and Agile development practices.

Requirements

Experience
