About the Role
We are looking for a Financial Analyst to provide commercial insights, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis across our company Beauty Professionals, FMCG & Wholesale divisions, supporting key business decisions.
Responsibilities
- ● Analyze sales, volumes, margins, discounts, rebates, returns, product mix and profitability.
- ● Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual performance reports and variance analysis.
- ● Develop financial models, business cases, scenarios and feasibility assessments.
- ● Evaluate customer agreements, rebates, marketing spend and commercial initiatives.
- ● Identify performance gaps, risks and opportunities and recommend corrective actions.
- ● Support annual budgeting and rolling forecasts.
- ● Monitor budgets, expenses, variances and business performance.
- ● Calculate commissions and review commercial contracts.
- ● Develop dashboards using Power BI and Qlik Sense and leverage SAP.
- ● Work closely with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Accounting and IT teams.
