JOB DESCRIPTION: Exp: 9 - 20 Years Job Location: Chennai / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Mumbai / Pune / Kolkata / Delhi / Noida / Gurgaon ROLE SUMMARY: We are seeking an experienced UiPath Test Automation Architect & COE Lead to establish, govern, and scale enterprise-wide test automation capabilities using UiPath Test Suite. The role will be responsible for defining automation strategy, architecture, standards, governance, reusable accelerators, and delivery oversight across multiple programs. UiPath Expertise Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Test Suite. UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Test Manager, CI/CD integration.
• ● Test Automation and RPA convergence experience. ReFramework and reusable component design. Automation & Quality Engineering Functional, Regression, API, Integration, and End-to-End Testing. Test Design Techniques and Risk-Based Testing. Framework Architecture and Automation Governance. UiPath Test Automation Architecture Design scalable, reusable, and maintainable automation frameworks using UiPath Test Suite. Define architecture for UI, API, Database, SAP, ERP, and End-to-End business process testing. Develop reusable automation components, libraries, and accelerators.
• ● Establish framework standards, coding guidelines, version control, and review processes. DevOps & Continuous Testing Integrate UiPath automation with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions). Enable unattended execution and continuous testing capabilities. Establish automated reporting, dashboards, and quality gates. Stakeholder Management Collaborate with Business, QA, Development, DevOps, and Enterprise Architecture teams. Present automation strategy, ROI, and transformation roadmaps to stakeholders. Support presales, solutioning, effort estimation, and automation assessments. COE Governance & People Development Lead a team of Automation Architects, Leads, and Engineers. Define competency frameworks and automation career paths. Conduct mentoring, technical reviews, and capability-building initiatives. Drive knowledge management and reusable asset development. Test Automation Strategy & COE Leadership
• ● Define and drive the enterprise Test Automation vision, roadmap, and adoption strategy.
• ● Establish and lead the Test Automation Center of Excellence (COE).
• ● Define automation governance, standards, KPIs, best practices, and operating models.
• ● Drive automation maturity assessment and continuous improvement initiatives.
• ● Promote automation-first and shift-left testing practices. Technology Stack UiPath API Testing (Postman / REST Assured) SQL & Database Validation Azure DevOps / Jenkins / GitHub Actions Git / Version Control JIRA / Azure Boards SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or other enterprise platforms (preferred)
